On November 11th 2009, new COTRUGLI Forum in Zagreb will be delivered by Mr. Hrvoje Veselko, Sales Director in Vipnet. Lecture on “Sales: myths and legends“ will be based on his extensive experience in direct interaction with customers.
Only few of us have a privilege to directly interact with customers. Experience gathered from sales activities and direct contact with customers should be constantly incorporated in company's activities, both on operational and strategic level. During the Forum, interaction will be fostered trough various practical examples that will illustrate stereotypes, postulates, theories and common practices in client relations such as: selection, communication, development, motivation, innovation, competition etc. Mentioned thesis will be presented in a “different” way in order to be distinguished from everyday corporate routine. Participants are welcomed to initiate discussions in order to enhance knowledge transfer.

Before taking the position of Sales Director in Vipnet, Hrvoje Veselko was CEO in S&T Hermes Plus. He started his professional career as Sound Manager, continued as Technical Director at Hrvatski katolički radio and in CS Computer Systems.
