Consequences of recession, severe new risks, immense uncertainty— challenges that define today’s business environment, now more than ever, require carefully planned corporate strategy.

Jyoti Gupta, PhD is a financial expert with distinguished theoretical and practical background related to fields of Corporate Finance, Financial Strategy, Financial Theory and Emerging Financial Markets. He is an emeritus professor of Finance at ESCP Europe, France and also a Consultant for the World Bank (since 1998) and the European Commission (since 1997), eminent lecturer and publicized author of numerous articles on Finance related topics.

Esteban Brenes, PhD received his doctoral degree of Agricultural Economics and International Trade from the University of Florida (Gainesville), his MBA degree with honors from INCAE and the Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Costa Rica. In the last few years dr. Brenes has served as visiting professor of Strategy and International Business at the University of Michigan Business School, and has lectured in the in-campus and executive programs of the University of Chicago, Duke University and University of Michigan Business Schools. Esteban Brenes is the head of the Entrepreneurship department at COTRUGLI Business School.
