The most desirable employer research

Employees who decide to participate in this research should evaluate their employer in 6 main categories: strategy & leadership, workplace content, working conditions & remuneration system, possibilities for professional development, quality of interpersonal relations and organizational loyalty & workplace security.

After the research is finished and results are analyzed, 3 best evaluated small/medium and large organizations will be publicly announced. It is important to emphasize that there is no risk of publishing unfavorable results.
Not later than April 1, 2010, all organizations that are interested to participate in this research should apply by filling in this form at portal MojPosao.

Selection of best HR practices

This selection will raise the public awareness about the importance of HRM, as well as to promote the best projects that contribute to the organizational development and enable the completion of desired business goals. The reward reflects devoted and well planned activities of the organization, its teams and individuals that implement impressive HRM practices and thus inspire learning opportunities and serve as role models for others. Organizations could apply its HR project by filling in this form at portal MojPosao till April 15, 2010.

Certificates and rewards for both initiatives will be given in Zagreb, on May 20, 2010.
